Surestay Hotel By Best Western Beverly Hills West La - Los Angeles

The hotel is fairly clean and quaint, offers marvellous location safely in residential neighborhood. I have stayed in the suite with 1 normal bed

the hotel was pleasant, and fairly clean, and the location was marvellous and good right in the heart of the city. the staff was very very nice and courteous and gave us great advices. we had a queen room with a bed. a microwave oven, a coffee maker, and fridges were a plus.

After viewing the Rooms that were available we chose not to stay. Very old, tired and glum rooms.

The convenience of the location to the CBS Studio's and Farmers Market.

The parking was not good. The underground parking is more for compact cars and the above ground parking was very limited in spaces.

It's quiet and comfortable. Absolutely no frills but close to the Grove and the Farmers Market.

Included breakfast was very low quality. Bad coffee, greasy packaged pastries. No fruit or yogurt.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was bigger than I thought, very comfortable, clean and safe. We booked because it was the cheapest we could find to West Hollywood and were definitly not disappointed. Would recommend it if you want to be in that area of LA

Proximity to what I was in town for

Sqeaky floor, lack of hanging for cloths, inadequate parking, comforter.

It was directly across from cbs Television City. Easy access to cbs without the parking hassles!

Only had underground parking for less than 10 cars. Only big enough to park compacts, although with a great deal of effort, I was successful in parking my Lincoln Towncar. Very Tight.

The room was very clean and the people in reception were great. Metro bus stop was half a block away making travel around the City very cheap (if you don't have your own vehicle). Room was air conditioned. Everything was in working order.

There was an odour on arrival - however we determined this was from cleaning products used and once we settled in and switched the air conditioner on it disappeared.

Basic hotel with comfy rooms and great staff.

Greatly enjoyed our immaculately clean and fairly quiet rooms in this hotel.

The location of the property was marvellous, right in the heart of the city.

Nothing good, this hotel is a trash! Room with a musty smell, the bathroom sink was leaking. Shower down. Terrible service at reception. Parking has not spaces for all guests (we had to leave the car in the street), the hostess made ​​a mistake in the reservation of the stay (somebody came into our room when we were lying in bed). Extremely Rude receptionist. Very bad hotel security. The only advantage is that it is a good location . Only. Never will go back to this place again. Rotten. Dishonest to report that had parking. Nada de bom , um lixo o hotel ! quarto com cheiro de mofo, pia fora do banheiro com vazamento. Chuveiro baixo. Péssimo atendimento na recepção. Estacionamento não tem vagas para todos os hóspedes (tivemos que deixar o carro na rua), recepcionista cometeu um erro na reserva da estadia (entraram no quarto inclusive conosco deitados na cama). Recepcionista extremamente Rude. Segurança do hotel muito ruim. A única vantagem é que fica numa localização interessannte. Só. Nunca mais volto para esse lugar. Podre. Desonesto em informar que tinha estacionamento.

It was October when my husband and I stayed at Rodeway Inn LA. I was quit afraid if I see roaches because I saw some comments about that part, but because of season? I didn't see any roaches. The room was clean, the location is good. Farmer's market and The grove is located really closely, and also the no.14 bus, which goes to BeverlyHills straightly, stops in front of the Rodeway Inn. The price was okay, breakfast continental is good. Free water is awsome. Funny experience was, in the middle of the night, my husband and I was waken up by the noise of someone snoring at the another room, and someone was having sex( the girl was shouting ) with call girl? at the another room. That was super funny. It was very wild american movie-like night.
